KY Annual Conference Volunteer Form
June 1-3, 2026
The North District will be hosting the 2026 KY Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church June 1-3 at Christ Church in Louisville. This is a huge opportunity to show God’s love to both our delegation and the community. We need your help!
There are so many ways clergy and laity can serve at Annual Conference. You can serve if you are not in the delegation (and if you are!), you can serve on or off site, you can serve sitting or standing. We would LOVE to have you as a volunteer to make our Conference a success and show the United Methodists of Kentucky the amazing people and ministries of the North District.
The most important thing we can all do, staring today, is PRAY. Pray for our delegates – pray for your church’s delegate(s) and clergy person(s) by name, pray for Bishop Graves, Conference Secretary Rev. Darren Brandon and our leadership, pray for our hosts and service providers. Pray that the city of Louisville will be positively impacted by our presence. Pray that our work will be Kingdom building, Christ centered, inspiring and encouraging! Pray on your own, at your worship service, in your small groups, and/or join our prayer team.

Jennifer Gilcreast grew up in western PA near Pittsburgh. She graduated from Asbury University (piano performance) and Notre Dame (MM), playing the organ where she attended. She taught music in Jessamine and Bullitt counties, and teaches choir and music at Highlands Latin School. She has 4 children age 18-24. Hobbies include cookings, reading, and being in nature.
