1. You Are Welcome Here

Middletown United Methodist Church is a place for ALL people.

No matter who you are or where you’ve been, you’re welcome here. We’re a family of imperfect people who grow together as we ask questions about life and faith. You don’t have to conform to fit in.

We know it can be overwhelming to visit a church for the first time. We want to make it easier. So continue to scroll down this page to get an idea of what to expect when you visit with us in person.

Have a question? We’re here to help. We can’t wait to meet you!

Who We Are

3. Bring the Kids

We welcome AND encourage you to bring your kids with you! Our Children and Youth Ministries are vibrant places that engage and teach your kids real lessons from the Bible. Want your kids to stay with you in worship? That’s great! We have introduced “Praygrounds” in both worship spaces so that kids can move around. Your teenager giving you attitude? We have a place for that. Drop them in our Youth area, “The Loft” for Sunday School.

4. Grab a Refreshment

Be sure to check out our newly renovated Café area located in the Lower Level. Hang out a while before or after the worship services and chat while enjoying a freshly brewed cup of coffee and a donut.

This is also a great area to talk to someone about getting involved in a Sunday School class. We have many classes to choose from and  they span all ages. Give it a try. If you don’t enjoy the class, you are always open to try another.

5. Come Worship With Us

Once you’re ready for the service, head towards one of our two worship spaces, the Sanctuary or the Connection Center. There is no reserved seating or dress code, so come as you are and sit where you’d like! From there, our worship leaders will lead us in song and then one of our pastors will deliver a powerful message from the Bible.
