Do you have 1 hour a month or more on Thursday afternoons to make a real difference in a student’s life?

You might consider being a 1–on–1 volunteer at Lighthouse Academy at Newburg located at 5312 Shepherdsville Road in the Newburg area. You would help your assigned student (K thru 3rd grade) with their homework and read together as well as develop a special relationship that will encourage them throughout the school year. This would involve being at Lighthouse 1 Thursday a month or more often if you can from 4:15 to 5:15.
