Scholarship
Middletown United Methodist Church is pleased to announce the first annual Endowment Fund Scholarship. This scholarship will be awarded to high school seniors intending to attend college in the fall of 2026. The scholarship will be a one-year scholarship, renewable annually through application. The scholarship amount is to be determined, but it will be a minimum of $1000 paid to the institution. Applications for this scholarship will open on January 1, 2026 and will be accepted through March 31, 2026.
Jennifer Gilcreast grew up in western PA near Pittsburgh. She graduated from Asbury University (piano performance) and Notre Dame (MM), playing the organ where she attended. She taught music in Jessamine and Bullitt counties, and teaches choir and music at Highlands Latin School. She has 4 children age 18-24. Hobbies include cookings, reading, and being in nature.
