Worship is an essential part of a relationship with God. Both corporate & personal worship is essential to God’s plan and purpose for His people, and it flows from our relationship with God: the more deeply we love God, the more we desire to worship Him.

Christians around the world worship in four universal ways: gathering, hearing the Word, responding, and sending forth, because God has called us to engage with Him in these specific ways. Each of these mirrors an aspect of our faith relationship with God. When we understand how God calls His people to gather, to learn, to respond, and to go into the world, we can see more clearly how God is working in each of these ways in our lives, in our communities, and in His church, 7 days a week, and how our worship can bring us to encounter God and change our lives.
